This document governs the policy applied by PROECO GLOBAL LOGISTICS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Miłkowice 4a, 62-730 Turek, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001139686, NIP: 6682016414, REGON: 54023584800000 (hereinafter: the Controller), with regard to the protection of users’ personal data and information that may constitute trade secrets of the users.
This policy applies to the services offered by the Controller through the website: proecogl.com. This policy does not cover third-party websites and services that can be accessed through links on the aforementioned website. Detailed information on the protection of personal data is available from each service provider separately. The Controller recommends always reading the relevant documents on the websites of the providers.
To fully use the Controller’s services and products, the User may create an account or log in to the Proeco Platform (the Platform).
During registration via the form provided on the website, the following data is required: Tax ID, company name, registered office address, postal code, and country. To verify the User, the company’s Tax ID, phone number, email address, and first and last name are required. When logging in, the User enters the TransID number. Additional profile data such as date of birth may also be provided.
We may also collect data from public sources (e.g. National Court Register) and private entities that collect and provide information on entrepreneurs. The provision of data is voluntary but necessary to deliver the service and maintain contact. Some data is collected passively via website usage (e.g. IP address, browser type, etc.).

Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Automated processing (including profiling) may be used to analyze Platform usage and preferences, enhancing services and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Users have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or erase their data, withdraw consent, data portability, and object to processing. Complaints can be filed with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Poland). Objections can be made to processing for legitimate interests or direct marketing. The Controller will consider requests as permitted by law.

The Controller uses cookies for functionality and analytics, stored until outdated. They can be disabled in the browser but may affect functionality.
The Platform may use AI-based tools for support, not replacing professional services. All data processing is GDPR compliant.

Website traffic is monitored via Google Analytics and similar tools. This data is not shared with third parties.
The Controller uses SSL, secure passwords, access controls, and confidentiality agreements with staff and contractors to protect data.
